Day Owl Roséade

Day Owl Cocktail Image
  • 5 oz Day Owl Rosé
  • 1 oz Absolut® Citron
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1/2 oz simple sugar
  • 1 ½ oz club soda

Muddle the basil, lemon and simple sugar in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add the Day Owl Rosé and Absolute Citron. Stir and pour into glass; garnish with a lemon wedge. Cheers!

Day Glow Owl

  • 3 oz Day Owl Rosé
  • 1 ½ oz bourbon
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 fresh orange

Shake ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a Collins glass over ice. Garnish with the orange wedge. Bottoms Up!

Day Owl Sangria

  • 1 bottle Day Owl Rosé
  • 1 ½ cups of elderflower liqueur
  • 1 pack of fresh raspberries
  • 6 lemon wheels
  • 6 grapefruit slices
  • 1 bottle of club soda

Combine Rosé, elderflower liqueur, raspberries, lemon wheels and grapefruit slices into a pitcher and refrigerate for 1 hour. Pour into wineglasses over ice and top with club soda. Finish the cocktail with a grapefruit garnish. Makes 4 servings. Salud!

Rosé Negroni

  • 3 oz Day Owl Rosé
  • 1 oz Cocchi Americano®
  • 3/4 oz Campari®
  • 1 fresh grapefruit

In an old-fashioned glass, add all ingredients. Add ice and stir until cold. Take a peel of fresh grapefruit and squeeze the grapefruit oils over the top of the cocktail. Drop grapefruit peel into cocktail to complete. Enjoy

Day Owl Margarita

  • 4 oz Day Owl Rosé
  • 1 oz tequila
  • ½ oz agave nectar
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • Salt if desired

Combine all ingredients together in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Add salt to the rim of the glass, if desired, and fill with ice. Stain contents from shaker into glass and garnish with a lime. Salud!

Day Owl Ruby Rosé

  • 3 oz Day Owl Rosé
  • 1 ½ oz gin
  • ¾ oz Lillet Blanc
  • 3 oz of ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 1 rosemary sprig

Combine all of the ingredients over ice. Stir and serve with a grapefruit wheel and rosemary sprig. Cheers!

Day-Drinker Frosé

  • 1 bottle Day Owl Rosé
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 2 ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 8 oz fresh strawberries (cut, hulled and quartered)

Freeze 1 bottle of Day Owl Rosé in an ice cube tray for at least 6 hours. Bring sugar and ½ cup of water to a boil in a medium sauce pan; stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Add strawberries, remove from heat and let sit for 30 minutes to infuse strawberry flavor. Strain strawberry pulp and chill. Add frozen wine cubes, lemon juice, strawberry syrup and 1 cup of ice to a blender and puree until smooth. Freeze mixture for 30 minutes for consistency. Divide among glasses. Makes 4 servings. Yum!

Dayquiri Owl

  • 3 oz Day Owl Rosé
  • 1 oz rum
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into glass. Garnish with lime. Enjoy!

Rainbow Rosé Poptails

Mango Layer:

  • 3 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen banana 
  • zest of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup
  • ¼ cup Day Owl Rosé

Raspberry Layer:

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen banana 
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup
  • ½ cup Day Owl Rosé

Blueberry Layer:

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen banana 
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup
  • ¼ cup Day Owl Rosé

Make each layer separately by combining individual layer ingredients in a high powdered blender. Blend until thick and creamy and transfer to individual bowls. Spoon the mixtures into popsicle mold, alternating layers as desired.

Stick a popsicle stick in each mold, and freeze according to the mold manufacturer’s instructions. Makes 20 poptails.

Raspberry Frosé Poptails

  • 1 ¾ cups Day Owl Rosé
  • 1 ¾ cups Lemonade
  • Raspberries and/or Blackberries

Combine Rosé and Lemonade in a medium bowl with a spout (for easy pouring). Pour mixture evenly into pop molds and freeze for 2-3 hours (or until they just start to get slushy).

Remove from freezer and add a small handful of berries to each mold, pressing the berries down with pop sticks. Place the sticks evenly in the molds and freeze until solid, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Makes 20 poptails
